sometimes your past lives come in your dreams, or through visions. but for what your looking for, well im not an expert far from it, but what i think may work is when your meditating call to your inner self and ask for reveal of your past life or part of it. also if you think about it, some of your fears are from past lives experiences, like your afraid of water, maybe you drowned or murdered and your body was thrown in there... something like that, go to goggle.com, or ask.com or yahoo.com i forget the other places that you can get info. good luck  |

Reincarnation is a process. This isn’t my specific area of interest. You can use some visualization techniques to venture off in your mind to discover your past life.
