Are you sure it couldn't be allergies? Sinus infections are usually caused by viruses and are most definitely very, very contagious, but red, itchy eyes sound like allergies to me. It's the season for it depending where you live  |

Time to clean the filter in the furnance and bleach down EVERYTHING. I know its a pain, but wash hands every chance you get. Stop kissin' the hubby so much! LOL  |

Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists told me that colds that lead to sinus infections are contagious but sinus infections are not....and with your itchy throat, eyes and ears sounds more like allergies to me Kenzie...it's no fun hun, so I hope you get over it quickly...  |

Sinus infections are not contageous in itself, I have had them all my adult life. If I get a cold, or flu or any virus that affects my upper respertory system then I get a sinus infections. The whole time I had little kids in the house, I got everything they had and more. I finally had to educate myself in medicine. The reason is because If I had a cold and went to the doctor he would give me antibioics. Wrong... Anitibioics are for bacterial infections not virus´s.... And when I did get a sinus infection the anitbioics did not work unless I took massive doses. When we got sick, it cost alot of money as we had to stay home from work. I know you understand this... What we did was a good house cleaning and changed the way we lived. We became clean freaks and even changed our diets because processed food breaks down your immune system. Just some food for thought LOL  |

i got the same thing. have coughed for 4 nights straight. why do you just cough at night?!! went and seen the doc yesterday. he gave me a z-pack and cough pills. yeah, i'm a big baby. can't take cough syrup!  |
