Possible Ghost in my new home? ++Cosmic Freak++

The house I am currently living in Has been in my family for generations you can say. My grandparents raised my mum and aunt here here. And now since my grandma owns the house, and she was unfortunatly taken to the nursing home down the road from the house. I am living here to in a way mind and manage the house. While I pay my way to live here.

Earlier on this week. I invited my two friends from my old church over. They are engaged to each other. The funny thing was. They were only here for like 20 - 30 minuites, At first they said old houses scare them. But then they said it was; they did not feel "welcome" here. Not that I was a rude host. It's just they felt a Presence. This presnece was telling them they are not meant to be here. Considering I lived in this house for awhile when I was little and have always known this house. Nothing about this house scares me (besides the faulty stove in the kitchen.) So nothing about this house is weird to me.

I went on through the week thinking nothing of what my friends did besides they were acting a little loopy. Yesterday night I had my friend over And when he was heading off to the train station to catch the train home later on at around midnight or a little past that. And there was a long wait at the train station for the next train. He said he would have slept there, the problem was there were angry drunks at the train station. So He called my phone And asked if he could stay at my house, I said sure. And He slept in the living room.

Later that night he came in to get a blanket cause it was cold and he told me that presence/ghost my church friends spoke of was proably real cause; he heard sounds of someone shuffeling cards together. And everytime he opened his eyes it would go away, Then he would close his eyes and it would come back. He also said he heard creaking, like someone was moving around in the room. He left at 6am after returning the blanket to my room and left for work.

The first thing I suggested to him later today on MSN was, could you have been dreaming? he said no cause he was not asleep. Another theory of mine is although it could be a ghost considering the houses history. And the fact part of that history is my grandfather dying before I was born. But lets not forget something immportant. Me and my friend were both drinking that night. Kinda harmless funny fun. But that could be why he heard those sounds. I do admit though I was scared when he told me about these sounds.

I am still gonna live in this house for a very long time though these forces may have threatened my friends but they acctaully make me feel welcome, and safe. Or that could just for the force of my inner strengh and inderpendance speaking out. I don't know for certain.
